Paraveda Meditation™ Program
Your progress through the Paraveda Meditation™ program will be guided by our extensively trained and experienced teachers. Fred Tan and Anamargret Sanchez each have decades of experience teaching meditation and mindfulness modalities. They have designed the five Paraveda Meditation™ tracks to convey this knowledge to you in a clear and effective way that will lead to the steady development of your personal practice.

The RELAX Track establishes fundamental relaxation techniques, working with the breath, body, and mind. The guided practices in RELAX serve as a foundation for future tracks.
The goal of this track is to relax the body and to start to calm the mind. You’ll accomplish this by learning key breathing techniques, simple stretches and by following some guided meditations. In the process, you’ll start to bring your focus and awareness inward.
The RELAX Track leaves you feeling physically and mentally relaxed, refreshed, and calm.
In the HEAL track, you’ll learn important breathing and meditation techniques that leave you feeling nourished and rejuvenated.
You will be guided through practices that allow you to identify, without attachment or judgment, unconstructive and constructive thoughts that form part of your conditioned thinking and behavioral patterns. The guided practices of this tract serve to purify your major and subtle energetic bodies.
All of the techniques taught in this track are important healing tools. The goal of this track is to leave you feeling whole, integrated, uplifted, and grateful.
In TRANSFORM, we’ll guide you through practices that cultivate further your ability to remain unattached as an observer.
We will apply the Witnessing with Neutrality series of meditations to witnessing specific fears, unwanted habits, and limiting beliefs that you choose to work with and wish to overcome. These unconstructive thoughts and behaviors prevent you from living a fulfilled, happy and inspired life.
You’ll learn new meditation and contemplation practices that will help you neutralize debilitating thoughts and emotions that can cause psycho-physical pain and suffering.
In the THRIVE Track, you’ll learn practices that allow you to access a deep silence and stillness within. You’ll also cultivate loving energies, compassion, and gratitude.
The goal of our THRIVE Track is to offer you guided practices and knowledge that will permit you to live a more fulfilled and inspired life which can lead to your feeling happier, more balanced, connected, and compassionate, regardless of the ups and downs you will naturally experience in life.
The guided practices taught in this Track are not meant to be exhaustive but represent a few of the important practices that can enrich your life.
You reach your final destination with the PEACE Track.
The goal of our PEACE Track is to guide you through practices that help you attain and preserve a state of peace – mentally and spiritually. When you achieve peace, you open yourself up to the opportunity to be graced with experiences of bliss and connecting with the Absolute.
We will guide you through various meditations that illustrate the many ways in which you can achieve PEACE using light, mantras/prayers, nature, breath, and loving compassion.
